We do not currently accept physical media (tapes, CDs, SD cards, thumb drives, etc.). These can often be converted into many of the file types above.

We also accept links to streaming video and audio available on the web. If you have a file in a format other than those listed above, please contact us.

Our turnaround times are client specific.

Typical turnaround times are 24-48 hours for medical transcription and 48-72 hours for general/business transcription.

All of our transcriptionists and staff are located in the United States.  All transcriptionists sign a confidentiality agreement.

While HIPAA compliance is the responsibility of each and every healthcare organization, we are dedicated to making it easier, safer, and more cost-effective to reach your goals by providing the technical controls and safeguards that support all of our clients' policies and procedures.

We provide facilities with a HIPAA-compliant platform, dictation application, as well as signing BAAs if needed.

A contract is not necessary to start our services.

We will sign NDAs and/or BAAs.

We charge by the line for medical transcription and by the minute for general or business transcription.

We invoice monthly or bimonthly.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
